What is it with maid stories around here? You wouldn't catch me in - oh, look, is that an ostrich?

Today I am recommending four more authors whose work I enjoy and focusing on my favorite by each one. Oscar Night by Jennifer Brock In a story obviously inspired by Joan River's Oscar commentaries writer David Fine gets his own back on the Rivers character and at the same time finds love in a wonderfully elaborate tale. Mister by Dimelza Cassidy This tale of an older crossdresser and the sacrifices he makes for his young ward are sweet. Full of love and honesty. Corrita by Marianne Wright A tale in three parts (the link is to part one) about a investment analyst who writes romance novels with Spanish characters. A friend says he writes a good story but his knowledge of women's clothing and makeup are lacking. Of course he has to find out for himself and in the process finds the love of his life who thinks he's a lesbian. A trope handled extremely well. Lucky by Brandy DeWinter I had a hard time deciding between this and Milady's Wiles but in the end this tale of how a nmnman deals with the loss of his young wife is just too good to not recommend.

Time for another recommendation. A Blank Page - by Flummox This has become one of my favorite TG stories with strong characterization an engaging plot with just enough conflict to keep it from getting sickly sweet. I do recommend keeping some tissue handy though, just in case.

I do recommend keeping some tissue handy though, just in case. I hadn't realised it was that kind of story... Oh... right... with you now. Rebecca's been recommending this one for quite some time.

I do recommend keeping some tissue handy though, just in case. I hadn't realised it was that kind of story... Oh... right... with you now. Rebecca's been recommending this one for quite some time. Of course if I had looked down the topics I would have seen Bec's recommendation. Still I seldom recommend a story or book I haven't read at least twice and often more than that. Often I talk about favorite stories by favorite authors where I pick out one or two but that doesn't mean one of you might not find another you like more. I tend to like contemporary realistic stories but still love classics involving magic or fantasy. Sometimes I crave the excitement of an evil change while other times I like a story that will make me smile or cry or give me hope for the human race. So I may repeat a recommendation someone else has made and that's not a bad thing either.

Time for another recommendation. Louise Anne Smithson: I'll steal her words from her author page at BC The last two on the list are not novels but short stories and different from the novels above.

Sweetness by Tester86 A crossdresser meets a woman who pushes him to be all she can be. A positive forced fem - forced by love. His other story Wererock looks interesting
